Andreas Tsanos currently moved to Ibiza from London where he has been working, managing and consulting on Projects for the past 17years, such as Momos Kemia bar, Sketch, Hakkasan, Hix Mark Bar and Purl.

Currently have his own consulting company called theMEnUproject where he do consulting, pop ups and workshops around the world.
The company emphasis on “think global, act local” market research and environmental friendly whereas working closely with their suppliers, producers and chefs and they try to maximize all the potentials of the ingredients they use diversely for the end production.
Also now, Andreas is in the process of opening his own place in Ibiza (February 2019), which will be a traditional Mexican street food and focusing only on Mezcal and Tequila base drinks offering and cocktails.
It is called “chides bar + cantina”.
