Kamil Bouloot is a results-oriented chef/restaurateur with over 26 years of hands-on food service and production experience. He has worked for numerous hospitality establishments, including upscale catering facilities, food service companies and 5-star hotels. He has participated in several culinary contests in Lebanon and abroad and has received a number of awards including 1st prize at the 2006 World Championship of the Tuna, Carloforte Isola Di San Pietro (CA) Sardinia, Italy, and he is currently the Corporate executive chef at Ghia Holding in charge of Ahwak Restaurant, Abdel Wahab Restaurant, El Dinyeh Heik, Fabrk. also he is the head of culunary art USJ Université Saint Joseph.
