Mr. Pozzoli François was born in 1956 in France at CHATEAUROUX, son of a three generation of chef family he quickly fell in love with bakery by seeing the baker of his father’s restaurant working.

Then began his long journey in search of knowledge, in order to master the secrets of the bakery, after an apprenticeship with a MOF he accumulated experience before starting his own business in 1981.

It was after doing his job with passion for 30 years it is at the MOF competition and he won the title in 2004.

Since that time he devoted himself to the promotion and transmission of his trade - passion supported in its activities by his two sons Alexandre (European bakery champion in 2004) and Loïc.
