Chef Jerome has a culinary experience of 20 years. He developed some new concepts and different menu with new flavors and new idea. Based on his wide experience supported by many visits to different places in the world, he became able to develop different cooking styles, such as European, Asian (Sushi) and Arabic food.
Chef Jerome loves to discover different culture. He assures that his work became his passion!
