MICKAEL GANTNER
Executive Chef, La Centrale

Born in 1981 in Alsace, Chef Mickeal undertook courses at “La Cour d’Alsace” Hotel in Obernai. Later he moved to Paris to “La Tour d’argent” and “Le Meurice” with Yannick Alleno.

Chef Mickeal worked as a private chef in St. Tropez, and then moved to Spain with Philippe Jego (Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2000). He moved to Lebanon in 2013.
