Fadi Lesidon a BA holder in Hotel management from “Ecole Hôtelière de Strasbourg” – France, started his career working for a 3 stars Michelin restaurant in France and moved to work with Luxury hotel Chains throughout USA, Europe and the Middle East.

In Dubai, he worked as a Chef Sommelier and Restaurant Manager at the Intercontinental Hotel as well as a Food Beverage General Manager at HM Investment Group.
He also worked with Trader Vic’s Dubai, Marbella and Cairo as a General Manager.

In 2001, his career led him to be the Director of Food & Beverage at the Sheraton Royal Garden CairoEgypt and the Sheraton Coral Beach & Resort Beirut Lebanon.

Today he is a member of Sagesse University, Faculty of Hospitality Management, Beirut in collaboration with “Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne”.

He is a certified instructor in F&B Management & Operation, Oenology & Beverage Knowledge, Protocol & Etiquette and Events & Banquet Organization at La Sagesse university, faculty of Hospitality Management, with certification of Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne.
