Henri Poch is a third generation baker in his family.
Being part of several bakery associations, Poch is a founding member of the “Ambassadeurs du Pain” association and a member of the Charter of Bakers, member of the Association of the French Bakery Team and president of the Association ‘’Maîtres du Pain des Pyrénées-Orientales.’’

He became one of the Best Craftsman of France in 2000 and created a new concept called “La Boulangerie Le Couvent‘’ at Ille-sur-têt with his wife in 2008. Set in a former convent, the joint project offers bakery training.
