Kamil Bouloot is a results-oriented chef/restaurateur with over 23 years of hands-on food service and production experience. He has worked for numerous hospitality establishments, including upscale catering facilities, food service companies and 5-star hotels. He has participated in several culinary contests in Lebanon and abroad and has received a number of awards including 1st prize at the 2006 World Championship of the Tuna, Carloforte Isola Di San Pietro (CA) Sardinia, Italy.
Kamil also own of Mangetout Cuisine, provides consultancy services to food service professionals ranging from the development of cutting edge menus and recipes to the creation of innovative restaurant concepts and the establishment of franchise business formats for Food and Beverage outlets.
