After graduated from the leading cooking school of Italy 'ALMA La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana', worked in Reggio Nell'Emilia and in Milano at 1 michelin starred restaurants for 2 years. Then turned back to Turkey and worked in one of the largest corperate hotels of Turkey 'Martı Hotels Group' in İstanbul. Then worked as a 'chef de cuisine' in Richmond Hotels and proceeding year worked at USA's well known restaurant chain 'Wolfgang Puck' restaurant Spago in İstanbul. Now continue to work as an instructor chef in İzmir Economy University at Gastronomy and Culinary Arts section.
