Did my apprentice ship in Switzerland for 3years as a chef afterwards 1 year as a butcher in the Hotel Baeren in Wohlen AG. Therafter did my hotel management diploma in Luzern SHL for 4 years.
Work for Hilton group of Hotels for 15 years in the kitchen as well as in F&B held several positions as EXEC Sous Chef and Executive Chef and Director F&B within my time with Hilton.
Worked for Sheraton and Radison Blu hotels for 2 years in the Corporate office as Director F&B
Joined Hasho group of hotels as Corporate director F&B for 10 Hotels Mariott/Pearl Continental Hotels for 5 years
Thereafter joined Ibiro Hotel group as Corporate Director F&B for 1 year and GM for 1 year in Hans Hotels India
Started to Work as Sales and Marketing Director for Andy Mannhart 5 years
And as of now as Food Business manager for Nestle professional for the last 4 years
As of now I very much involved in regards to product sourcing and development for Nestle Professional for the Middle East and AOA zone. I also hold a second role in NP as a Senior Development Chef for the Zone AOA.
