Saudi Arabian Chefs Association


Yasser Jad started his career in Saudi Arabian Airlines - Catering unit as Manger Food Quality control for 17 years and then as Manager Production for seven years, today he is the Manager Onboard Food And Beverages, looking after the food and beverages activities onboard Saudia flights.

In 2009, he organized the Saloon Culinary of Saudi Chefs Association that is taking place during the Jeddah International food and hotel exhibition on a yearly basis and which is judged by International chef judges from World Association of Chefs Society (WACS).

In addition he is the founder of Saudi Chefs Association, which was established in 2009 and having 450 members from all Saudi Arabian cities.

For the last five years he participated in TV shows for Intra Gulf Media (NBC, Rotana and Saudi channels) as well as Arabic channel LBC in “Top Chef” program, where he concluded by “Master Chef of Arabia”.
